Resources for System Plan
Phase 1: Plan Development
December 2024 - February 2025
The team will utilize past agricultural plans and current research to inform the development of a new five-year system plan. This involves summarizing the agricultural and food data/plans and COVID-19 impact data available into a draft plan; identifying and engaging key stakeholders; defining the necessary resources and setting a framework for ongoing collaboration and coordination of the Plan’s implementation.
Phase 2: Food Summits
February 2025 - April 2026
The team will coordinate the planning and facilitation of ten food summits island-wide to collect feedback on the draft plan and collectively identify regional needs, priorities and actions to refine the strategic framework the plan reflects the unique needs and priorities of each district within the county.
Phase 3: Final Reporting
May 2026 - August 2026
The team will compile findings and recommendations into a final detailed report and plan and conduct outreach on the plan with key stakeholders.
