Adaptations Farm and Food Hub

Adaptations Inc. is a certified organic farm and regional food hub in Honaunau, South Kona. Adaptations has been growing and supplying locally grown, organic produce to chefs, families and retailers/wholesalers since 1984. Their diversified crops include cinnamon, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, microgreens, avocados, citrus, and exotic fruit. The farm is solar-powered and utilizes on-farm vermiculture and soil composting systems. Our mission is to engage in ecologically sound community and land development based on organic farming, alternative energy, and complementary medicine.
