Final Analysis Workshops

The final workshops will build upon the valuable insights shared in previous sessions and focus on designing what to do next to improve each value chain. The workshop dates are:

1. Staple Food Crops – Wednesday, September 25th (9:00 – 11:30am HST)
2. Export Crops – Thursday, October 3rd (9:00 – 11:30am HST)
3. Agribusiness Services – Tuesday, October 15th (1:00 – 3:30pm HST)

The main goals of the workshops are to:

1. Design Market-Driven Interventions – Collaborate to prioritize needed changes and develop tailored value propositions that align incentives for change in each value chain.
2. Identify Collaborations – Determine which market actors to engage and how to structure mutually beneficial relationships that address system-level challenges.
3. Develop Offers – Create compelling offers and incentives that can motivate key stakeholders to adopt new practices and change behaviors in the long-term.
