HIAP Strategy: 

Upgrade agricultural hub to scale aggregation and processing volumes from 200,000 pounds to 2MM pounds per year of local staple crops. Milestones include completion of permit applications submitted to county planning department, award of construction bid, completion of construction, and start of operations and upgraded facility. Deliverables include tenfold increase in raw staple crop aggregation, processing, storage and distribution, and reported impacts on farming community including increase in economic livelihoods and number of new farms established.
